About the Role
The Cleaning Operations Supervisor will work with and report into a team of Cleaning Partner experts to support the quality of our Wash and Fold and Dry Cleaning product in New York City and New Jersey. In this role, we will train you to become an on-the-ground expert in Rinse laundry and dry clean production, quality control, and technology troubleshooting. You will work closely with our Cleaning Partner Supervisor in NYC, the local City Manager, while reporting into our Central Cleaning Operations team. You should be comfortable with written and verbal communication (Spanish fluency is a plus) in a fast paced startup environment and willing to travel to visit various Cleaning Partner facilities.
Top performers in this role could eventually grow into a bigger role that includes bringing best practices in cleaning production to Rinse’s partner facilities across the company.
In this role you will…
- Support the execution of initiatives aimed at improving cleaning quality by aligning with your manager and team on focus areas, performance standards, and development goals.
- Contribute to operational projects by assisting in workflow testing, implementing changes, and establishing controls that enable long-term quality success under the guidance of your manager.
- Proactively surface workflow issues or performance concerns, and support resolution efforts through data gathering, process mapping, and cross-functional communication.
- Develop subject matter expertise in your designated area—whether a specific partner group, market, or toolset—and take ownership of responsibilities within that space.
- Manage your own tasks effectively, prioritize key deliverables, and stay aligned with broader project timelines and team goals.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with your manager and team, contributing to both strategic planning and day-to-day execution.

Salary Range: $64,350 - $70,000
