Job Summary:
Rinse is looking for a Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our dry cleaning facility. This role is pivotal in that you will be responsible for ensuring all garments are cleaned, pressed, and finished to the highest standards while managing a team, coordinating workflows, and maintaining quality and safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily dry cleaning operations, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met
• Manage and train staff, assign duties, and oversee workflow to maintain smooth operations
• Ensure proper handling of garments, stain removal, pressing, and finishing techniques
• Monitor equipment functionality and coordinate maintenance as needed
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and manage ordering processes
• Provide excellent customer service, address customer inquiries, and resolve concerns
• Handle scheduling, ensure proper staffing levels, and oversee employee performance
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures to maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

• Must have previous managerial or supervisory experience 
• Must have prior dry cleaning experience or a strong understanding of dry cleaning processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Must have flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, as needed
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50lbs.
