B2B Account Executive
ABOUT RINSE
Rinse (www.rinse.com) is the first and largest national brand in clothing care. By delivering a vastly better laundry and dry cleaning experience, we're tackling a massive consumer problem. We achieve this through smart scheduling, exceptional quality, and in-house logistics, all powered by a robust technology infrastructure. We have created a differentiated service our customers love and a highly scalable, profitable business model. We’re expanding our B2B and brand partnership footprint, and are looking for a motivated Partnership Account Executive.
Rinse is backed by a group of leading VCs and CEOs who see the massive potential in what we do and know we are the team to do it. We launched in 2013 and are currently in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Washington DC, Chicago, Boston, New York, New Jersey, Austin, Dallas, Seattle, and Toronto. This is a very exciting time to join our company and help us scale nationwide, while learning from a leadership team that collectively has over 80+ years of experience at Rinse.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As part of the Sales team, you’ll be the first point of contact for inbound business leads looking to partner with Rinse. You’ll manage the full sales cycle - from discovery to close - helping companies across professional services, property management, wellness, hospitality, sports, events, nonprofits, and other sectors find the right laundry solution.
Equally important, you’ll identify and build partnerships with organizations that are aligned with the Rinse brand, expanding our front-of-house and marketing partnership portfolio. You’ll balance execution and strategic thinking: not just managing pipeline activity, but cultivating a discerning eye for brand adjacency and partnership fit that strengthens Rinse’s overall market position.
If you enjoy building relationships, thinking strategically about brand and partnership design, achieving challenging goals, and working in a fast-paced environment, this role is perfect for you! You will work directly with our Sales leadership team.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL…
- Own and manage a pipeline of inbound B2B leads via web forms, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Qualify prospects based on laundry needs, business model, volume, and overall business fit.
- Present Rinse’s services and partnership opportunities in a consultative manner that builds trust and a sense of partnership.
- Identify whether a potential partner aligns with Rinse’s brand and adjust the approach accordingly, focusing on broader opportunities beyond service provision.
- Communicate key aspects of the deal internally; Coordinate with the implementation team to assess feasibility and identify cost drivers.
- Strategically approach proposal pricing and structure; Present rationale to leadership.
- Close deals and coordinate with implementation and customer success teams for smooth handoffs.
- Track and report key performance metrics (e.g., weighted revenue in the pipeline); Provide insightful, data-driven weekly sales updates for the organization.
- Maintain careful organization of the CRM platform and manage internal and external communication channels proactively.
- Capture prospect insights to help shape future service offerings, packaging, and go-to-market strategy.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine guardrails for qualified leads; Work closely with marketing to improve lead quality and flow.
- Develop and maintain a diversified portfolio of partnerships across multiple industries to strengthen Rinse’s brand presence and customer reach.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team to improve campaigns and messaging based on prospect interactions.
AS THE IDEAL CANDIDATE, YOU HAVE…
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or a similar client-facing role.
- Proven success managing a sales pipeline and closing new business.
- Experience or demonstrated interest in B2B marketing partnerships, brand collaborations, or front-of-house brand strategy.
- Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to assess lead fit and alignment with deal guardrails in real time.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Comfortable leading discovery calls, negotiating agreements and partnership opportunities, and professionally redirecting unqualified leads.
- A brand-oriented mindset and discerning judgment.
- Highly organized and able to move quickly without sacrificing attention to detail.
- Experience using a CRM (e.g. HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.
- Highly motivated, self-starter with a results-driven mindset.
