Cleaning Operations Manager
About the Role
As a Cleaning Operations Manager, you will lead and evolve Rinse’s cleaning operations strategy across all markets. Your mission: deliver exceptional cleaning quality and efficiency without compromise.
You’ll own the relationship and performance management of cleaning partners and vertically integrated facilities, build scalable processes, analyze operational data, and ensure an optimal customer experience through every stage of our cleaning lifecycle.
This role has a wide range of responsibilities, including process improvement, project management, and data analysis. The individual will work very closely with cross-functional peers in Product, Biz Ops, Procurement, Local Ops, and Cleaning Partners to implement scalable initiatives that improve both our customer experience and internal operations.
This is a high-impact, high-ownership role for a systems thinker and operator with strong leadership skills and a passion for quality, process, and people.
In This Role, You Will…
- Own cross-functional initiatives that address opportunities surfaced through data or field feedback.
- Lead the planning, testing, and execution of projects that improve cleaning quality, workflow efficiency, or partner performance.
- Develop clear success metrics and implement control measures to monitor and sustain results.
- Work hands-on with Cleaning Partners and vertically integrated teams to observe workflows and build process understanding.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Biz Ops to advocate for improvements and surface operational insights.
- Provide regular updates to the Leadership team to support prioritization and resourcing.
- Build internal documentation and training tools to support knowledge transfer and enable scalability.
- Serve as a thought partner for local ops and Cleaning Partner management teams, helping strengthen execution and improve results.

- Have bilingual fluency (Spanish is a plus).

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of experience in operations, process improvement, or project management
- Prior startup or growth-stage experience preferred
