About the Role

As Boston Operations Lead, you will take on challenges that exist where Operations and Customer Service meet. You’ll play a critical role in identifying, troubleshooting, and improving issues to achieve outstanding customer results. In this role, you’ll own the local issues queue, follow up with internal and external collaborators, and support our nighttime operations.  

 

There is a huge upside to this role-- Operations Leads at Rinse have developed unique and specialized knowledge of Rinse processes, which allows them to take on national leadership roles within the company.

In this role, you will...

  • Person-of-all-trades support of Boston Operations: warehousing, inventory control, and quality control checks on customer orders.
  • Foster positive and collaborative cleaning partner relationships: Regular reporting to cleaning partners on performance, troubleshooting cleaning issues, and advising on best practices. 
  • Manage and oversee the support of active customer issues: service complaints, internal investigation, and problem-solving.
  • Maintain communications with our customer service team, operations, cleaning partners, and potentially our client stakeholders
  • Develop and implement systems that prevent customer issues from happening in the first place.

 

As the ideal candidate, you are...

  • Trained in project management and have an eye for continuous improvement
  • Data-driven and are able to develop your own analytics to support a hypothesis
  • A strong and proactive communicator in the face of rapid change and adaptation
  • Very comfortable with change and ambiguity
  • Have an Associates or Bachelors degree and/or relevant work experience
