Partner Operations Manager
About the Role
The Cleaning Partner Manager will work with and report into a team of Cleaning Partner experts to support the quality of our Cleaning Partners in New York City and New Jersey. In this role, you will work closely with each Partner to support their business growth and operational excellence. Building strong relationships with each Partner, you’ll play a vital role in setting them up for ongoing success. You bring the partnership and operational expertise, and we will train you to become an on-the-ground expert in garment care.
You should be comfortable in a fast paced startup environment and willing to travel to visit various Cleaning Partner facilities.
This is a high-visibility role within Rinse, with high potential for continued growth for a top performer.
In this role you will…
- Work onsite at Cleaning Partners to support ongoing partner success and quality.
- Support the execution of initiatives aimed at improving cleaning quality.
- Contribute to operational projects by assisting in workflow testing, implementing changes, and establishing controls that enable long-term quality success.
- Proactively surface workflow issues or performance concerns, and support resolution efforts through data gathering, process mapping, and cross-functional communication.
- Develop subject matter expertise in cleaning operations and partner support - taking ownership and generating measurable results.

Bonus Points If You…
- Have experience with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel) and productivity platforms such as Slack, Asana, Hubspot or Pipedrive.
- Are bilingual (English/Spanish is a plus!)

Salary range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
