IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL…

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, delivering proactive and exceptional customer service via email, phone, and Slack.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Keep accurate records of ongoing partnerships, ensuring services are delivered as expected.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to provide personalized assistance to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure we’re constantly improving our products and services.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and communicate them to the Sales team.
  • Generate progress reports for clients and senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team on SDR work, including fielding inbound Sales leads and supporting the outbound program.

AS THE IDEAL CANDIDATE, YOU HAVE…

  • Have 1+ years of experience in a client-facing, account management role.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for quickly building trust and relationships.
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments and can easily grasp complex operational systems.
  • Are a self-starter who takes initiative and works well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Have strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Are comfortable with cold-calling and developing outreach strategies.
  • Have experience with GSuite, Slack, and Kustomer (or other CRMs).
