IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL…

  • Directly supervise and mentor a team of Valet Support Specialists to deliver timely, high quality service to our Valets across all markets.
  • Take ownership of shift scheduling, live operational support and escalations, ensuring a smooth handoff and fast issue resolution.
  • Lead real-time coaching and performance conversations to help team members meet and exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate with Local Ops and Customer Care to align on execution and communication.
  • Drive project work to improve processes, SOPs, and workflows that support scalable growth.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, growth, and respect while developing future team leaders.

AS THE IDEAL CANDIDATE, YOU…

  • Have 2+ years of experience supervising a frontline Support, Care, or Operations team, ideally in a high volume, fast paced environment. 
  • Are comfortable balancing leadership responsibilities with individual contributor work, including projects  and process improvements.
  • Skilled at coaching, setting clear expectations and building a culture of accountability and trust.
  • Communicate clearly, whether giving feedback, handling escalations, or working cross functionally.
  • Are a self starter with strong problem solving and prioritization skills.
